So I not put down this incredible book that my Famous Chef pal: Mr Bee OLSEN Himself let me borrow yesterday..... And i just remembered that i am

El Bulli the most famous restaurant in the world, with 400 requests for every table. Yet it still operates at a loss..... Crazy eh?
The restaurant has a limited season from April to October (December for at least 2009); bookings for the next year are taken on a single day after the closing of the current season. It accommodates only 8,000 diners a season, and gets more than two million requests. The average cost of a meal is €250;
Ferran AdriĆ : He is a three-star Michelin chef. But what he has done is to deconstruct that familiar personage, tease out his component parts, and then repackage him, while still retaining his essential identity.

There is so much to look at and alot to read- the detail. But this restaraunt Seriously wo wo wo wow's woo's me. I want to visit!
