ABOUT THYME

Uh YA.... ITS ABOUT thyme.....
oh and im late.. im late..im late.. for a very important date!....


I almost did not have time- but god gave me this precious fresh thyme that's been growing on my window pane here..... so now i have time to just share a few pictures of the components of my time- and thyme efficient meal tonight! all had a bit of precious thyme involved its sometimes not how much time you have but how well you use this time this is why i am going to be short and sweet with sharing the delicacy of this fragrant beautiful herb THYME.

We all have time. So grab some thyme and have a good time! With GOD on our side, remember we always have time- God is never late.. but always ON TIME! HE OWNS the time!



( PEACH PIE... add a savory kick to your filling of sweet gooey peaches, fresh thyme!)

( "Drunken" TOMato soup- my twist of thyme infused refreshing cold gazpacho soup- but spiked like a bloody mary... yes it has booze in it! shhh thats the sweet kick of thyme that will make you sit back and relax a bit....)
( BBQ FINGERLING potatoes, fennel, vadalia onion, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, pepper and fresh thyme!)

( Thyme, a sweet delicate herb- a backbone herb in your bouquet garni, and of herbes de Provence- great with tomatoes, LAMB , eggs, ---- but rather then in a blend with your usual bay, parsley, and mirepoix - keep it simple and make it the highlight of your flavors! Thyme! and yes i really do dare you to try FRESH THYME with peaches! a BEAUTiful combination! )
