Burn baby burn
So I made it.
So i made them i should say.
8 French Tart tatins for tomorrows launch of pasisonate passionate french food at the winery.....
we will be selling my tart tatin by the slice with a glass of wine .... or by the Box.. you pick whatever your fancy....

amazing day out this afternoon too-- apples , crisp air, colours splattered everywhere....
