Aww so here are a few pictures of this evening - the sky was sooooooo amazing out it was like cotton gandy with a golden glaze- we were trying so hard to get the fire in the sky in our pictures- but by the time you get one blonde- a chinese... and another jap- now that we are international- at stoney ridge- james ANd Sonomi- - ( sorry sonomi... lol ) we missed the prime time to snap the pic! Thats ok tho...

So this is Sonomi.

She is the one special part about my day that makes me laugh really hard.

She has such a great sense of humor.
Ya such a light free spirited heart once you get to know her and understand that
english is her second language- once ya break the ice with sonomi- she really is a wild kitten.

aww Her laugh makes me laugh.
We have way too much fun sometimes - moving shit around.
"quality control" checks on the wine.. you know- ensuring the tasting notes are up to par for the cheese.... uh i say no more.... sonomi has taught me much!
infact i think i always end up laughing harder when i am on the way home and reflect on some of the comedy that goes on at this Stoney ridge estate winery. " niagaras garden winery"
Excuse my language - but lots of shit storms- ( but with out the storms we would not come out washed after rght? :))

The most beautiful thing about Sonomi - is that her name actually means "BEautiful Garden" in Japanese! which explaines why everyday the first thing she does is go out the garden and replace every single flower vase with fresh roses- she even brings her own gloves to get good grip right into the roses!!! and has explained a few of the cutest flowers to me-- we have roses.. that are called "iceberg" roses- they look like bunches of lettuce!!



I know i always think of sonoma country also- like hot and sunny cali! when i think like sonoma means --- "valley of the moon" also- she is that garden in the valley of the moons magestic fair still beauty on glow.

Clearly is Japaneses- and she teaches Japanese at Brock university She has also given me some great lessons too. But i need her here to remember again.... uh how do i say it again

Anyways ya sonomi rules. I love her to death.
My territory now is corporate christmas so i have been kicked up to the upstairs office making love on the phones tangling up myself in the cords locking myself in the presidents office and secretly eating cheese... shhhh ....:).....and the best part is just running down the stairs to make sure she is still smiling about something stupid and silly :) becuase we all know you cant take life too too seriously- the best is yet to come!!!

She is such a hard worker and i know that God has a big blessing for her humble humble hard working heart. And i just pray that he would open up that door for her exactly where she needs it most because she is a real porcelin doll with a sweet heart of flesh in that vessel she stands in! god says--

"The LORD has sworn by His right hand and by His strong arm,
"I will NEVER again give your grain as food for your enemies;

Nor will foreigners drink The NEW Wine for which you have labored."
But those who garner it will eat it and praise the LORD!

And those who gather it will drink it in the courts of My sanctuary....." isaiah 62 8-9

I love this verse its really been speaking to me about how gods love for us is so Free-
no matter what!!!
NO Matter what we have been thru- who we are- who we think we are- or even run from him and to another...- seeking what we know only he can provide it the way we need it - he has such compassion on his chosen ones. Such a wonderful chapter to be at the end of such a book.

I had never expected from such a prickly shrub to gather so fair a flower, so sweet a fruit;
but so it is: where sin abounded, grace doth much more abound.

No chapter in the Bible can be more rich in mercy than this last of Hosea 14 it makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside- becuase i know where god has saved me from- and he continues to!!!

Where we looked for the blackness of darkness, behold-- woooah wooah-- a noontide of light!”

Its like God is too great a physician to allow any patient to leave His office without being healed- and its SO TRUE!!!

when we go to him- he restores to us what we tried to find elsewhere- just as this i going to break it down---

Growth is restored (WE shall grow)

· Beauty is restored (we shall grow like the lily)

· Strength is restored (lengthen our roots like Lebanon)

· Value is restored (our beauty shall be like an olive tree)

· Delight is restored (our fragrance like Lebanon)

· Abundance is restored (revived like grain . . . grow like the vine . . . scent and OUR FAME shall be like the WINE of Lebanon)



OUR branches will spread: When God restores Israel, we will be a blessing to others, not blessed only unto himself.

Sound Doctrine

haha just messing arround.

I seriously need god to send me my soul mate who can make better music then me and will be able to put up with me. i really just want to be in a band and be a back ground singer and ok and a dancer :) pump it up!!!

cause i really cant... ok i can- and you know what i know i will one day - my heart and flesh just longs to be someway or another blowing up in worshiping god thru the simple sounds i can create... lol haha god i am waiting and trusting i have and air band alongside all the time.....

anyways....


For We are called to encourage others with sound doctrine - extravagant stimulating instruction the encouragment of sound - whole some- hold tight to his rich loving spiritual sound mindedness living in us- see and hearing in the spirit - seering in this love heavenly harmony - for we can and will refute and contradict those who try to oppose it! in christ jesus!!! How many times in this world to we see things backwards? ie- evil???? spell it backwards and you get--- LIVE!!! e v i l L I V E !!

Every where we get "mind body spirit - or you know all this lame new age- body soul spirit --- yogi hogi yoga junk-- people all out to have some hob nob temporary spiritual tacky experience-- that seriously makes NO sense unless your connected to one god now and forever and your vision is heaven on earth-....???? like what is feeding peoples minds when they are in communial yoga class i always wonder- like if you dont worship god? then what DO you worship???? who is your idol ?? if it aint god??? who do you thank at the end of the day? who do you thank at the beginning of the day like and what exactly- who exactly are you thinking about in this meditation class?

we really are not here as humans having a temporary spiritual experience- like everyone does for a quick fix- ie- witch craft star worshiping astrology??? uh.. ok....... duh ( why worship the stars when you could worship the creator of the stars???!!!! romans5 worship the creator- not the creation-- ie- do you worship the dress or the designer ladies!!!???!!!! now think about that!)

but gods truth is--- we are here as god given spirit FILLED beings- simply having a temporary human experience- just these vessels holding gods treasure - (for LIFE begins in heaven!!!! And thats a mega vision- cause do you know how amazing this is what we have to look forward to?- the best part is that our life here today and now- is already pretty amazing!!!!and our life here is just going to get even better till heaven -- and that is a pretty long way away for some of us!!!!!- god of increase- and god who is buiding us up - when HE makes us great he keeps us great!- god has designed us for excellence-- his passion is excellence:))

anyways 1 thessalionians 5:23- has spoken to me- about how if we first nurture our SPIRITs-- not our flesh- or minds or even our bodys ( ya uh hello this is hard!!!!) - but spirit first with the richest of foods.. wow..... what depth is this love we can hold so richly in him - we need to FEED our spirits. (Like even sometimes you know a coffee can make gods word sound so much more appealing eh? wink wink!)
like how many times do we satisfy or nurture and pamper ladies come on now-- yep.... first our body? ie- our fleshly desires--

second- our souls- un godly relationships- or a relationship we put before god??

then ok thirdly our spirits- ie: church only when we want to just feel good or really need something from god- using god- ??? no come on-- just think about that for a bit?

anyways- i am not going to write so so much cause its a pretty deep word- SPIRIT- SOUL and body - our god says!!! how do we really place the order of these things? do we really want to be operating in the fullness god is calling us to live- a mega life of radical inheritance and SUPERNATURAL LOVE and power!???

Pretty amazing - gods words are spirit and the SPIRIT IS LIFE! LIFE!!!-- Do you know how big the life is god is calling you to life? Dream big-- the proof of your desire is in your pursuit!!! gods love for us is universal- - for no eye has seen no ear has heard- no mind can concieve what god has in store for us!!!! its true- the life of LOVE and increase- the life of heavenly amazing abundance inheritance is I dont want to say unbelievable- becuase you know what- it IS BElievable!!! - just believe-- god knows our hearts deepest Deepest desires-- cuase he wants that for us too- but EVEN GREATER- he is the fire starter- !!!! The life one may dream of- the family- the position we want hold in a heavenly dominion over the world- its HIS words written on our hearts- he has removed our hearts of stone and given us hearts of flesh to be crafted in his beauty- the power of jesus living in us- - the extravagance of heaven on earth god uses us as his vessels to impart his kingdom come in the most incredible majestic works - awww gods power- his love- all channeled thru the wondrous works of HIS holy spirit filling our spirits in god fullness and freedom amazing!!!!!!

faith comes before understanding. for we live by faith and not by sight--- and its our faith that makes us who we really are today!!! and its our faith that is making us closer are called to be - faith in gods deep at work in us!! - not just to be history in the making - but HISTORY makers!!! that should leave a dent! :)

so i challenge you

keep feeding first Spirit-- Soul and body-- see what changes and beautiful heavnly impartations of gods nurturing love will be fragrantly flowing into your life :)

i Love shoes. infact i love to dress up- not going to lie- i relaly love dress up and again not going to lie today i waaaaaas on a mission for leather pants- you know.. the REAL deal- hot baad ass real leather bootie huggin pants oh my bum is just craving them......... but my take is this- the decisions with all of this meaning less shit are not geting easy- just know what you want - before you leave the house - visualisation- - i call it scavenger treasure hunt shopping--- if you have a photographic memory like i kinda do just picture it- then pray for it to come to life... lol so anyways....
